We understand that a new Timepiece is an investment.

One that you are probably going to want some assurance about.
We provide a 24 Month Warranty for any Virtas Timepiece.
This means that if your new piece stops working, and it's our fault (manufacturer default) then we will happily refund or replace the piece for you.
Please note that our 24 Month Warranty does not cover the Timepiece for water damage or any such damages as a result of misuse or 'wear and tear'.

To initiate a claim, please email contact@virtaswatch.com with the subject line "Warranty"
You will need proof of the purchase date of your Timepiece, so please keep your order confirmation email.
We recommend printing it off for safekeeping.
