How do I return my Timepiece?

What is your returns policy?

We understand, sometimes people change their mind. If you receive your Virtas timepiece and decide its not for you, you have 14 days to complete the returns process.

Please note that Virtas does not cover the cost of return postage.

Please ensure that the timepiece has not been worn, damaged in any way, contains no blemishes or signs of wear.

How do I track my order?

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, and instructions on how to access the tracking service.

I need to change something on my order, how can I do so?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process each order within 1 working day - once it has been dispatched, we will be unable to make any changes.

When will my order ship?

We aim to post your order within 1-2 working days of purchase.
Our shipping times may vary depending on product availability.
We do not ship on weekends or New Zealand Public Holidays.

Will I have to pay international Taxes/Duties?

What type of stainless steel do you use?

We only use high quality grade 316L Steel. The same low carbon steel is used in surgical procedures and marine applications.

What Movement Does Virtas use?

There are many great movements available, but we wanted ours to be reliable, so you are never late to your appointments. As a result, we decided to go with a Japanese Miyota movement, which is well known for its consistency.

Are Virtas Timepieces water resistant?

Our pieces are rated to 5ATM or Atmospheres. This means they can be submersed while washing your hands etc, but should not be taken swimming or in the shower.
