We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders with well-known carriers so you can rest assured your order will be delivered on time and securely.
All NZ orders come with tracking as standard so you know exactly where your order is at all times.
For New Zealand orders, we are proud to partner with CourierPost to provide you with an overnight courier service, free of charge.
We strive for a 24 hour dispatch time but may be delayed while a payment clears or an order is processed.
For International orders, you will receive your order anywhere from 7-20 business days from the date that it is shipped out* (3-10 days for Express Shipping).
As we mentioned above, the majority of orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours when possible.

We offer full tracking on all NZ orders and International Express Courier.
Your tracking number will be located in your shipment confirmation email.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update.
Free International Parcel will receive a tracking number, but this service does not include live shipment updates.
CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient.
There is a chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however, if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money.
The funds go exclusively to your own government. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra, as this would be detrimental to our brand.
Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost.
Please contact your customs office for more information. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
